Designing with Clarity, Purpose, and Responsibility
INNOVATION
I want to push boundaries of design, leveraging creative approaches to solve real problems.
ACCESSEBILITY
Every product should be usable by all individuals, regardless of their abilities, background, or context.
USER ORIENTED
Empathy and the analysis of user behavior are valuable in order to develop intuitive products.
HONEST
I believe in open, honest design. To promote trust and clarity.
The veneer’s ability to bend into complex, three-dimensional shapes without breaking allows for innovative and sophisticated designs.
The four modular panels are made of four-layer vacuum-pressed veneer. The fiber orientation of the outer layers is the same, ensuring a light, stable construction.
The veneer was treated with worktop oil to enhance the wood grain and protect the surface. The panels are detachable connected with stainless steel U-profiles.
The flexibility and malleability of the 3D veneer enables the creation of flowing organic shapes. The design relies on the rigidity of the curved surfaces to ensure the necessary load-bearing capacity.
By combining thin but strong layers, the design achieves a lightweight yet stable structure. The curved forms also highlight the natural wood grain, enhancing its visual appeal.
I participated with Alima Wassermann in this Design Competition 2025. The challenge was to increase mobility for everyone with innovative and inclusive design solutions. We developed a mobile care system for accessible medical prevention.
Our modular kit is perfect for carrying out preventive check-ups independently of a hospital. The system promotes awareness and encourages open discussions about diseases that are often linked to taboos or shame.
It takes a high-resolution image of the skin surface and saves it on the app. It monitors mole development over time, analyzing color, shape, and structure to guide decisions on treatment or mole removal.
While moving around the entire breast the integrated transducer penetrates the tissue and creates a three-dimensional image of the examined area. The user then receives an initial assessment in the app.
We had the privilege of attending the RIMOWA Design Award ceremony in Berlin, where the finalists presented their innovative concepts. The event was inspiring and showcased the forward-thinking design solutions. Hugues Bonnet-Masimbert, Chief Executive Officer of RIMOWA, and other distinguished personalities from the design industry were in attendance.
THE NEXT STANDARD IN HEALTH CARE DOCUMENTATION
Due to understaffing and high patient loads, nurses are required to dedicate 30–40% of their working time to documentation, a task further complicated by technological challenges.
The ONCE principle streamlines processes by eliminating the need for a laptop, allowing nurses to use the digital pen in nearly any situation, which enhances integration ease and naturally increases work flexibility.
Our project team brings diverse academic backgrounds together. We are form Business Administration, Business Informatics, Nanoelectronics, and Product Design. It is combining technical expertise and creative strategy to develop a forward-thinking solution.
MY ROLE
I implemented the design thinking method project-oriented. I interviewed people, identified opportunity areas and took care of the development of a brand concept and prototype.
“LITTLE RED RIDING HOOD”
The way to her grandma through the woods looks now different.
Fairy tales are a cultural heritage that shape childhood memories, convey moral lessons, and inspire imagination. This project reinterprets classic storytelling to encourage critical thinking by addressing modern societal issues through a child’s perspective.
" TANGELED"
She has no longer to wait for a prince.
“SNOW WHITE”
Even she is no longer sure if she is beautiful enough.
" HANS IN LUCK"
Material wealth instead of Contentment.
This installation invites users of all ages to interact with the exhibit. Visitors explore how sounds are triggered by touching specific points. Different tones are generated depending on the path of the lines.
Some touchpoints can only be activated through collaboration with another person. When hands touch, a circuit is completed, and a sound is produced.
